Introduction
Looking for a Tiffany Blue box Café Harrods review? Then you have come to the right place. Who doesn’t dream of brunch at Tiffany’s? I finally treated myself (and my girl AliceTheeBlogger) to an afternoon at the Tiffany Blue Box Café at Harrods, and it was absolutely divine. I’ve been meaning to start sharing my London foodie adventures for a while, and this one felt like the perfect place to begin.
We’d planned this as a joined birthday treat to celebrate the end of Virgo season (the best season ever, of course!). Life got in the way, and we didn’t make it in time for the actual day, but between you and me, a delayed birthday brunch at Tiffany’s is still a win in my book. I booked via OpenTable, because I like collecting my points (a little MBV tip for all my foodies!). First Impressions – Dining in a Jewel Box
If you know me you will know that I love the ambience of a restaurant. I love to be greeted accordingly, and I absolutely adore how a restaurant can make you almost feel like you’re away from reality. Going out to eat whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner should always be an experience from the minute you walk through the door.
My first impressions of the Tiffany Blue Box Cafe was how cute and small it was. It was just the place for a boogie little brunch.
I was greeted kindly by a waiter and ushered to my table after scanning the track and trace barcode.
Looking around you could see that they didn’t come to play with the theme. The cafe was covered in blue with blue and white plates and pure silver cutlery! It screamed Tiffany! The chairs were also comfortable and the atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing.
It was noted that we only had the table for 1.5 hours. Social distancing was observed accordingly with tables set 3 metres apart with all staff wearing masks.

Time to peruse the menu! It was afternoon tea style. The menu wasn’t entirely clear for me to understand to begin with. It only had three options and didn’t really have the option to just have something small as a side order.
I was grateful when the waitress came out to explain the menu to us, which cleared things up a little. From memory, it looked like there were only three options with the cheapest being around £69 pounds. It included the following:
Sandwiches
- New York Salt Beef – with pickles and mustard on soft white pain de mie
- English Cucumber & Pink Peppercorn – with dill mascarpone
- Smoked Salmon – with lemon and chive cream cheese on wholemeal
- Egg & Black Truffle – with truffle butter (rich and earthy)
- Warm Parmesan Madeleine – with sour cream, caviar, and chives (a little bite of luxury!)
Sweets
- Times Square Dark Chocolate Cake – rich and indulgent
- Summer Berry Tart – fruity and fresh
- Tiffany Blue Egg – lemon curd & mascarpone mousse in the signature Tiffany blue shell
MBV Thoughts on The Service
The sandwiches were fresh and light, though the salt beef wasn’t my favourite (probably my fussy taste buds). The sweets, however, were everything. The Tiffany Blue Egg was hands-down my favourite and it was almost too pretty to eat!
And yes, the scones with clotted cream and jam finished me off perfectly. I couldn’t finish everything, but I loved that the staff packed my leftovers in a Harrods-branded boxing.
The Dining Experience & Service
Service was a solid 4/5. Our drinks order was taken immediately and I went for hot chocolate (because tea and coffee just aren’t my thing) and Alice had a latte.
What really warmed me was how attentive the staff were, especially to Alice’s 6-month-old daughter. They made us feel at ease, and nothing felt rushed despite the 90-minute table limit. This is a luxury treat, and it feels like one from the silver cutlery to the delicate plating.

Just outside the restaurant, there was a space to take pictures in the blue styled Tiffany box, which I think is soo cute. Lucky for us it wasn’t busy at all – I presume due to COVID19.

Final Views – Is Tiffany Blue Box Café Worth It?
Would I go every weekend? Absolutely not lol! However, for £69–79 per person is definitely a nice cute brunch date. I would say it’s great for a birthday treat, special occasion, or just a bucket-list brunch day out with your girls or solo.
Between the elegant setting, Instagrammable decor, and surprisingly delicious food (yes, the hype is real), it’s an experience I’m glad I finally ticked off my London foodie list.
